Dylan came to Coastal as a young man looking to get into a trade having previously been a restaurant manager. He has been employed with us since March of 2016. Dylan grew up in Alabama and graduated from Fairhope High school in 2013. He has been married to his wife Denise for 2 1/2 years. Since coming to Coastal, Dylan has enrolled in the apprenticeship program and attends the PIPE program at Seminole State College where he just completed his 3rd year. Dylan has received an award for highest GPA in both his 1st and 3rd year. He also recently competed in the plumbing skills challenge at the 2019 iBuild invitational where he placed 2nd.
Dylan has worked on multiple projects with Coastal, including the Orlando City Soccer Stadium, multiple projects at AH Orlando main campus (C1802, C1807, C1717) and AH Daytona project. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys fishing and both playing and watching football and baseball. His favorite food is steak and he listens to all kinds of music depending on his mood. Dylan says he wants to graduate the apprenticeship program next year at the top of his class and follow that up with obtaining his journeyman’s license. He then wants to work his way into a lead position, then Superintendent, and eventually work in the engineering department or a Project Manager’s position.
Jeff Geiger has dedicated over 30 years to Coastal Mechanical Services. He is a graduate of our 4 year Apprentice program. He has been a Journeyman, Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Branch Manager and most recently VP of Operations. Additionally, over his Coastal career, he has completed Rollins College Mini-MBA program, Purdue's ABC Project Manager program, MCAA's Institute for Project Managers and holds a State Certified Plumbing Contractor's License.
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Brian is a 3rd Generation Plumber/ Pipe Fitter and joined the Coastal Team in 2010. Brian started as an Apprentice and by his 3rd year, was promoted to Superintendent. He has worked as an Estimator, Project Manager, Operation Manager-Special Projects, Chief Estimator and onto his current role of VP Estimating/Business Development. With his passion and commitment to think outside traditional means and methods, this has allowed the Coastal Team to always be one step ahead of the competition and give owner's the best quality at the lowest price.
Chandler ("Chan") Gingras joined Coastal Mechanical in 2013. Chandler is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Business Administration, and has over twenty years of experience with construction accounting. He has worked as a controller/CFO for a general contractor, engineering firm, and for subcontractors. Chandler's experience includes time with both public and private companies in the construction industry.
