Project Engineer
- Special Projects, fast paced, must be able to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Keep Project Manager informed on all material and equipment procurement.
- Populate/Manage Jobs subfolders with drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, schedule data, etc. Update as required.
- Rental tracking and requirements, order and coordinate all rental requirements.
- Maintain Equipment Tracking Log and keep General Superintendent and Project Manager informed. Material and Equipment release and tracking; assure when items are released, track when shipped.
- Record drawing updates: RFIs, revisions, ASIs, CORs, etc. and provide notification to foreman on updates.
- Scan and maintain HR documents as needed
- Process Vehicle Inspections monthly
- Assure as-builts are kept current when applicable.
- Scheduling of subcontractors, notification of action items, send emails, etc.
- COR tracking
- Inspection scheduling, tracking and verification inspections get signed off on permitted drawings
- Coordination with GC Project Engineer as required.
- Assemble submittals
- Create and submit RFIs. Log in responses, add to RFI books and Jobs folder.
- Verify submittal compliance with contract documents.
- Attendance at CMS weekly safety meeting for Special Projects
- Required to have gone through and completed an OSHA 30hr training program and hold a current OSHA 30 hr training certification card
