Meet Kris - Executive Administrator
I've been working for Coastal Mechanical for almost 18 years. I started out as a Project Admin and have worked my way up to Executive Admin. I've developed many policies and procedures for the Ops/Admin side that are being utilized today. Working for Coastal has been very rewarding. I feel a strong sense of pride when I tell people where I work and what I do.
Meet Mark - Project Manager
Coastal believed in me enough to move me down from North Carolina to Florida. I've given it my all and accepted every challenge that has been given to me in each department I’ve worked in. I started in the engineering department, drafting and coordinating mechanical and plumbing systems, and then served as a Project Engineer for a year.
Meet Jeff - Director of Operations
Coastal has taken care of me and my family since 2001. Coastal is a company that focuses on development of every employee and rewarding employees with opportunities for growth based on individual merit. You can make your own destiny. I started working in the shop assembling sheetmetal and I’m now the Director of Operations. At Coastal, opportunities are boundless.
Meet Josh - Manufacturing Manager
During my 11 years with Coastal, I’ve grown throughout the organization from the Plumbing trade to management. Coastal has allowed me to use my strengths with computers & technology and apply it to the construction industry. With hard work, mentoring and ambition, they allowed me grow and achieve my goals. Coastal rewards those whose ideas better the company but most importantly better yourself.
Meet James - Project Manager
Working for Coastal has opened doors that I couldn’t have imagined. Moving from field supervisor, to project engineer, to project manager, and now general superintendent, they’ve given me the knowledge, training and support to be successful. It’s awesome to work for a company in which you literally get back what you put in and can achieve what truly started out as just a dream.
