Participate She Said It will be Fun She said

Being a specialty contractor in the construction industry is a hands-on job.  That is how we learn and that is how we work.  So, why not add some hands-on activities to a class or meeting?  It breaks the ice and allows participants to focus on a specific task while blocking out the pressures of the day.  When the activity is complete, they are in a more relaxed state and open to receive information or contribute to a lively discussion.  At Coastal, our best ideas come from our team members, and our goal is to foster an environment where they are encouraged to participate and engage.  P.S. giving away a few prizes helps too!
