As we enter a year of leadership changes, I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the opportunity to lead a company like Coastal Mechanical. I hope everyone knows that although Coastal is under new ownership, the Coastal leadership team has been tasked with maintaining the momentum developed in the past 3 years. Our new owners understand that we have a good thing going on here and in no way plan to interfere with our day-to-day operations. The reason they bought the company was because of how strong we are, not because it needed changing.
Coastal Mechanical has and will continue to stand for so much more than steel, copper, and plastic. Coastal is a company of exceptional people that come together every day to work hard and provide a specialty service to our customers. Coastal can do what others can’t whether it’s swapping an AHU in 24 hours or attracting talent from around the industry. It is my goal to continue our culture of employee engagement and continue to share our appreciation for each and every one of you. Being heavily involved in the business planning process the past few years, I’ve always been one of the major advocates for always taking care of our people just as if we’re taking care of our own families. Without you, we are nothing.
It is my vision for Coastal Mechanical that we continue to take care of our most valuable resource, YOU, and maintain our outstanding reputation in the industry as the contractor of choice. We will continue to be the contractor that can do what others can’t.
